Our team is growing! Orange Photonics is proud to welcome the newest member of our team, Technical Sales Manager Justin Adams.
Justin, who will be the new manager of our Eastern territory, is a sales and business operations professional who is driven by customer and client success. Both personally and professionally, Justin embraces a servant mindset and is passionate about driving growth through culture. He is committed to the impact cannabis is making around the world and thrives in advancing the industry through data.
We asked Justin a couple of questions to get to know him a bit:
Why did you get into the cannabis industry?
I spent the first 10 years of my career in other industries and sectors including staffing, manufacturing, services, and software. After relocating to Colorado, I saw an opportunity for a new experience and I jumped on the tidal wave, passionate about what the plant brings to our society as a whole.
Why are you excited to work for OP?
The cutting-edge technology, the culture and the timing. Those three things are hard to find in any industry but especially one like cannabis that’s in its infancy. We have an opportunity to create major ripple effects which is very exciting!
